First, sincere thanks to all who attended the SHM and reported their observations and thoughts.

Legal question: if Judge Ward rules against the plaintiffs on the Higgins et al. dispute, would we be able to immediately appeal that ruling (to the Federal Circuit?), or would an appeal have to wait until after the trial, if the ultimate verdict went against us?
