Big DC - if the BOD is not allowed to buy right now, that would have been their repsonse at the SHM.  As you know, it wasn't the response they gave.  Stating that they "weren't allowed" to buy right now would have put shareholders at ease but unfortunately, they couldn't say that because it's not the case.

Not trying to bring everyone down - just stating a fact and shedding light on just how risky of a play this is. 

I assume the BOD knows more than we do - and they're not buying so that tells me that we should all be very cautious.
