I took the 1.50 and 4.00 to indicate an immediate evaluation. I took what swartz said : after a settlement we should be worth 1.50 to 4.00 pps. In order to reach those numbers our capitlization should be 600,000 to 2.4 billion which meant the settlements should be in those parimeters. I think he was giving us an indication of settlement figures. You are absolutely right I did not, nor do I, believe  Swartz  considered future earnings in those figures. I could be completely off base, but I wasn't the one to quote those figures Swartz was.
