IMO (no need to argue the point) There are people in the world that are above the law (no need to comment about the who's or what's) and with a phone call they can have someone convicted as a criminal or even killed with out even an after thought. One phone call can make or break an entire company. If they were to invest in PTSC as a way to make tons of money off this stock when it flys, well it would be a sure thing as they say.

Does anyone know if that is in the works? BTW, just the oppsite is true if we come up against "one of theirs" I would think we are safe in Japan...LOL
