"Again, there is no sense of urgency in this management team to move forward."

Even though JT has a big dog to feed...... If we could, as shareholders, tie their salaries to performance of share price, I believe that they would discover their inner sense of urgency ..(and their outter sense as well ) but then who has been determining what their salary has been or will be? Perhaps the major shareholder(s) like ?
