I am looking to judge JT on what he does with the money from the future settlements.  I believe he is working hard with Nick to find a great buy.  That is where his knowledge will come into play.  With his vast technological background, he should be able to figure out where the future of technology is going.  Hopefully, he sees a lot more than just a company's financial sheets.  I am hoping for a vision of greatness. 

I am doing a lot of hoping. 

I would rather JT spend his time planning a future based on successful litigation instead of figuring out how to pick up the pieces if things don't go well. 

If we lose litigation, the PTO will probably jump on that band wagon and invalidate our patents.  If Turley could get us out of that mess, maybe we should send him to the middle east to negotiate world peace.

That is why this stock is in the high risk/reward category.  And my eggs are all in this one basket.  If it fails, I am a jack ass.  If it takes off, a genius, or just lucky.
