Thanks also for your answer................Just thinking about any deal/ contract........Here in the east it takes about 3 months from deposit on a house to the closing date when you use fianancing.....

So today the Philips deal was announced.......Today is the 29th.........Lets say that all of the I's and T's were dotted on the 24th......I deal is not a deal until you sign............Many a deal can go south at the last minute...........As we say in the used car business a deal is not done until the tail lights disappear.....

For me / logic/ lol / Philips legal team has to be smarter more informed than the posters here on the boards.....Ok some of the posters.....................As the old commercial said for the oil filter "see me now or see me later ".............Even if presented with a fair deal by TPL why would they sign if they saw holes in our case........They must believe that we will prevail...............Of course anything can happen.............The pins and needles are not hurting as much today.................Larry
