Pappy, excellent observation, although had the J's settled this months ago, they probably would have gotten a better deal from TPL.  At least I hope so. 

I think SGE's scenario of things heating up here in a hurry could be right on the mark.  Basically two months to trial.  I like the "caving on the courthouse steps" scenario; the price of playing poker should be going up with each passing day.
