I had thought that this might be about sealing the ACP references once a ruling was given. Making the caption more accurately reflect those who hadn't settled(playing hardball), also crossed my mind. Yesterday's unopposed motion had me thinking about "saving face" should they decide to settle.
Only the participants know the true reason and are probably different to the thoughts expressed above, but who knows? SGE1?
