The speed at which Judge Ward granted the motion to stay would indicate he was involved in the process.

We have WON IN TEXAS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All parties are working out SETTLEMENTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
