SGE... you have also had frogotten to mention in one of your prev posts when you stated you felt, paraphrasing here.. that ACP was the Js last hope, and that may be the reason they are deciding to settle.. The Js still have Obviousness in their pocket.. and this could be a factor that would bring TPL back to the table for settlement.. the Js don't want an MSJ filed, TPL does not want Obviousness determined.. in the middle they meet.

I hope there is settlement, I hope the numbers are announced, I hope they are big in our favor, I hope the Js slink away admitting infringement.... but there are still many unknowns
