If, in fact, there are settlement talks now, we could see it at anytime. I agree with SGE1 that the Phillip"s deal added to the probabillity that things are going our way--esp. since they had turned down a previous offer. I also think that the USPTO has been looking at TPL's/Chuck's clarification on the 584 and that may add to the speed at which they (J3) settle. If the USPTO goes in our favor with that one, it seems to me that the J3 would want to settle before the ruling is passed. GL, ads
