So we have a 30 day stay. What should we expect next and when should we expect it?

I mean, if there is a settlement in the works,will it leak out?Will we see it in the SP first? Will it be in a Pacer? Will there be an 8--k?

Also what exactly has been"'stopped" by the "stay"? TIA
