Opty, it's interesting that November 1 is today, and yet no formal (ie., Pacerized) ruling from JW on ACP or the stay. So for the parties to know how to proceed, the judge must be communicating his views informally to them? What am I missing here?

Hopefully we'll see some Pacers this afternoon.
