Ptsc was claiming its IP was worth a billion well not anymore. Intel and AMD where the deep pockets,Intel was savy enough to go with MOORE for table scraps and AMD went with ptsc for table scraps or less.

REALLY READ THE PR. The market did .If we don`t win sole ownership the other big five don`t pay squat . thats about one billion.

I also didn`t see in the pr. B/O stating we brokered this deal for our client ptsc. AMD legal consuel was certainly mentioned. I believe B/0 was told thanks for your time and money but we will be using AMD legal dept. There is no reason for B/O to stay they where in it for the big bucks not table sraps.

The stock price IMHO is held back. probably AMD will buyout ptsc.After the ruling. For a confidential amount!

That pr. should have read AMD settles for 250mill. just to use a fig.the stock would have gone way up! Not for a confidential amount which should be released in a 8k report after the excitement drops off.

For those who really don`t know what a 8k should look like under these conditions please read this latest 8k out yesterday on (SYBD) ON YAHOO ITS SYBD.OB I do own it but not telling anyone to buy it. Just look at how they spelled out The 8k so everyone could read and understand it.

How much of ptsc did AMD buy 5% or more
