Ease, as time goes on here, I too am suspecting that some type of negotiations and/or admissions are taking place behind the scenes. Perhaps, this is not possible. Ronran can maybe tell us if either party could cause the judge to delay decision.

After six months of negotiations with AMD, I also wonder if ptsc conceded on their part to get the announcement to the presses before Fogel ruled. Just tossing things around . Not sure it would have any impact other than softening the blow if Fogel does not allow Higgins testimony.
