Isn't it possible that  Judge Ward has already ruled on ACP?

 

If so, there would be a Pacer. Remember, if it was for the Plaintiffs, there would have been an immediate Appeal. Should the case be settled during the 30 day stay(which I'm NOT saying will happen)the ACP issue will have to be resolved to the satisfaction of TPL/PTSC. It is possible that it could be included in a stipulated judgment.
