odds are you are correct just by the Volume yesterday... 3 million + then below average.... It just seems that people who do some DD on on going court cases can greatly improve the odds of making money.... This seems to be our case...

also I agree that a slow steady climb is far more healthy for stocks... but my guess is on this announcement we see 100% or more pop.. depending on how/ details the announcement is made......
