I was not suggesting that AMD would play games or that ptsc solely released the pr to influence Fogel. I was trying to imply that if in fact his decision was on hold due to the defense request and talks were in progress......and ptsc had AMD`s proposed agreement sitting on their laps for sometime......and they were waiting for the right time to sign and/or announce......perhaps they thought this would be the most stategic moment.
