for the Judge to issue a halt on any further licenses of the MMP if there had of been a problem for our side on the ACP. There evidently was not one issued as Phillips has signed since then. I also don't think that the Judge is trying to wait on the USPTO as he has already given us the Markman rulings. GL, ads
