We did not see the results of the mediation on Pacer. We know Judge Ward received the report through CM/ECF. 1. Is there a possibility Judge Ward received the entire motion to stay through CM/ECF and has signed the motion? Remember the "For Attorneys Eyes Only" portion of documentation? Could this also mean "For Judge Wards Eyes Only"? 2. In the motion it stated this was not intended to delay the trial or any scheduled events. Does this mean everything will continue if settlement fails? 3. Is is possible Judge Ward ruled on the ACP and it was another "For Attorneys Eyes Only" through the CM/ECF and not Pacer? What say you?
