Are you saying that TPL and PTSC will continue to sell the licensing of MMP despite the fact that a 3rd party bought PDS? What would be TPL and PTSC cut of the new licenses then? Or are you saying that PTSC and TPL would be licensees of the MMP for their future development of any products....

Why would a 3rd party spend $$$$$$$$$ just to be a 3rd wheel to the deal?

Or are you saying that 1 party would buy out PDS...and retain the exclusive right to sell and license the MMP.... TPL and PTSC walk about with the cash but no longer have any rights???
