Since we are guessing.  Nobody knows the vaule of PDS better than TPL.  What if they have been buying share of PTSC staying under the reporting?  Then they offer to buy us with Swartz  approval.  They could own the whole thing or partner with someone,  for a small % of what the patents are worth.
