They have been working very hard to set up Intellasys..................Maybe they have a backer.

I agree! It might even be INTEL(lasys). There was an attempt some time ago to buy us out for (I think) $7 million. We were incensed at the thought and then Jeff Wallen found out about the shenanigans that were going on.

(I probably should refresh my memory with a little DD in order to be more specific, but you most likely recall that.)
