It should be made that before a post is entered for posting a check box should indicate whether it is OFF TOPIC or ON TOPIC. Additionally, the only way a poster can  get more points to determine their rank ( Pres., V.P., etc.) is through ON TOPIC posts. All OFF TOPIC posts deduct from their point status and given enough could actually cause a demotion.

This would do a great deal to clean up this board!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
