B-Lunish perhaps they did answer my question

I was under the impression that it was the microprocessor division of philips that was licensed. I am so far from being a techie person that microprocessor and mmp seemed to be the marriage. I was thinking (and that may be the problem LOL) that if they produce microprocessors that infringe, then their products must contain their microprocessors thereby making the products infringe as well. That is why I questioned whether the consortium owning more than 80% of the microprocessor division should also be licensed.

If it is only the end user products that are infringing, then the question was answered, right? I'm with you on hoping for great news next week. I will be in Cabo San Lucas on the beach and away from this darn computer.......my sister knows how to reach me if there is good news. All else can wait.

Good luck to all

Laurie
