IS ANYONE WORRIED ABOUT THE USPTO REVIEW??

I do not believe the Stay is due to this.. I believe it is due to serrious settlement negotiations... I do not believe J Ward would have deemed the review suficient reason for Stay.

Is the PTO review a threat.. of course.. but that which doesn't kill us makes us even stronger.
