Patriot Scientific Corp. v. Fujitsu, et al.
We represented Fujitsu in this patent infringement action in the Northern District of California in which Patriot Scientific Corp. alleged that Fujitsu Computer Systems Corp., along with Intel and four major computer manufacturers, infringed its high performance variable speed system clock microprocessor patents. This case was featured as a “Big Suit” in IP Law & Business Magazine (April 2004) and settled in March 2006.
