              I like JT's SH Letter................I have since spoken a friend who have friends in Carlsbad who had to Voluntarily leave their homes..............I do believe that JT is looking for that diamond in the ruff...............In the used cars business and real estate it is a buyers market............. I hope that JT will find us a forclosure/ estate sale...................Cash is king and i do believe that the litigation/win/settlement will give PTSC the ability to succeed...............TPL has hired many of the best minds and i believe that JT will also go the route.........JT is respected in this industry and  many will follow him....................Larry
