You seem to be hanging your hat on this.  How many of those amendments were of any consequence?  How many people can read a technical document, written years ago, and not come up with a better/preferred way of saying something/describing something?

These two points IMO make this particular statistic moot.  Having written/amended many technical documents in my career, I can tell you that it's very difficult to resist the urge to amend the language of such a document under review.  Almost impossible, even if I was the original author.

And you throw in statements like "It's obvious that the J's would not settle after they lost the markman because they were waiting to see what would happened with the PTO review. It's obvious that the stock SP has been going down since April for the same reason.".  Maybe it's obvious to you, but we KNOW absolutely that much had to do with S&L selling to convert warrants.

And you ignore the fact that it is an ex parte review.  It's our team and the PTO, with no further outside influence.

And perhaps it's time to warn you that your campaign is getting very redundant (same negative pitch over and over), and this is a violation of Agora's TOS.
