This'll be the third time since the beginning of Oct. we've had a move up followed with a secondary attempt (we are now entering the secondary attempt of the third time). The first two have failed. I have a support/resistance line at .43-.44 and by looking at it you can get a feel of the trading above and below that line has now relatively evened out (from the beginning of Aug.). I will stick my neck out and call for a move today to .47-.48 followed by a breakthrough over .49 tomorrow. I would like to see some news with it as the technicals are beginning to get topped out.
