If I remember correctly, it was Pohl who made this statement. It came up because John Radenwagen was asked why the PR machine hadn't cranked up yet, and John replied that there hadn't been any material or noteworthy news yet, and that maybe Texas would provide the kind of news worthy of a PR blitz. Pohl stepped in and said something to the effect that a settlement of $240M or more would be announced. It has been a while, and I checked Virt's notes and didn't see this, so I could be wrong.
