Here is a link from December of "2003" that states PTSC is suing the J5 for in "excess" of $200 Million dollars.

We already know that Fujitsu "settled" almost 2 years ago and got off the hook for $30 Million+ and SONY got the sweet heart deal cause they looked great on our "resume".......but I'm hoping that with all the DD our attorney's have been doing along with TPL hanging out in Junk yards finding stuff from 1989 that infringed, the numbers are going to be higher than we are all imagining.

Milestone, do you "think" our attorney's would feel it was important to have Large numbers in order to dissuade others from holding out and NOT settling?
