Maybe my conjecture has some hopeful truth in it...a cancellation this far into the day and so close after announcing there would be a webcast now leads me to believe there is really something on the cusp of becoming public. And if it is some sort of negotiated settlement I could see where this webcast would need to be more or less "postponed" rather than outright cancelled.

That "smell" I wrote about is starting ot get a little stronger...something is blowing in the wind...JMHO
