The webcast PR was JUST released this morning.

If there was a PR in the pipeline due for release in the morning, and Turley was not aware of it this morning, then Turley isn't doing his job.

If there was a PR in the pipeline due for release in the morning, and Turley WAS aware of it this morning, then, in my opinion, he used very poor judgement and screwed up by scheduling and releasing the PR about the webcast this morning as he should know that it could be changed by the brewing circumstance.
