Its possible that many of the Japanese infringers have purchased stock, and are selling on purspose to suppress the stock in an aweful vengence against PTSC.

Its also possible that many of the market makers that are constantly on these forums represent the infringing companies, frustrating the companies plan to get on the nasdaq, possibly in an attempt to accumulate enough share for a takeover.

I dont know how legal that would be but I can almost bet that if PTSC found out that they would go after them for malicious intent..... Albie
