Theres no telling why it was cancelled. But it's bigger news that it was cancelled than the original news of a webcast to be broadcast.
My guess is, the webcast had a bigger agenda than just a reiteration of whats' already been said and published. ( his personal letter and the SH meeting. ) He was probably reminded that anything more that might be said would be very premature and any mis-step on his part could impinge on the lawyers efforts or a deal forthcoming. In other words, there's too much to lose by talking at this juncture. The "stay" order is usually a very tight lipped time. There's no sense even hinting of it's content until it's a done deal.
My hope is JT is so bubbly with the potential he couldn't help himself. But prudence won out.
