I really don't know but I lean to the idea that Turley was b-slapped by TPL and told to cancel ASAP to ensure nothing he said could jeopardize negotiations/trial. Pure speculation on my part so take it as it is.

I'm liking the stay and better yet the price finally rising, however, I remain more skeptical than most about the amounts we are asking for. I hope its enough to send a strong message to the rest of the infringers that the MMP is for real or else this bickering with the J3 the last 3-4 years has been a complete waste of time and money. IMO (or uneducated guess) It should be minimum $50M a piece... more and I will be very satisfied...anything less I think there will be a whole lot of disappointment.
