You may well be right.  And in my opinion, both sides could live with those numbers.  They are not extreme in either direction.   But I can't help but think that the NDA = an extreme, a good deal further up or down from what either side could live with. 

Is there any way for us to determine if NDA does normally = some extreme?  I plan to look to see what has been written about it, but look forward to any input from the forum.  Opty
