Assuming S&L is still dumping, the question would be....why?....if there's settlement discussions going on and it looks good, why bring in hored touts and dump?

What good is there in dumping millions of shares at .60 (+ or -) when they could dump them into an expected run?

Unless Occam's razor is in play...

(not meaning to bash, but the price action last few days has been strange.)
