I think you can argue that someone who has as many shares as Swartz, can afford to dump some now to raise capital for other ventures that may have big returns (ie. other companies who are where PTSC was a few years back that in 2-3 years will be hearing their shareholders complaining about his dumping), and still be plenty vested for a big swing up.  Keep in mind, it's all free money to Swartz at this point.
