I don't think JT has anything to do with signing paperwork for Texas litigation, but even if that was the case, he can do that from anywhere.

There has always been so much behind the scenes that we are never privy to, and this is one more instance. I am only suggesting that settlement need not trigger a cancellation.

But, we don't know.
