The best hand that the J's have to play is that a settlement now

 after nearly 2 years will be a watershed event that will cause another

300 or so other comapnies -  that are awaiting the outcome here- to

line up to pay.

I can't even begin to imagine how much this has cost everyone on the J;s

side. TPL has spent 3-4 million based onPTSC's losses last Q alone.
