I agree Bill. FWIW, I have spoke to two patent attorneys from large l firms. Neither is invested in PTSC, but based on what they told me, there is a 99% chance that a settlement has or is being worked out. I say 99% because nothing is guaranteed. Every other scenario they said would have been spelled out for us. For example, had the Stay been asked in order to wait for the USPTO review to be completed, it would have been stated in the request. Had either side been in a position of strength, and a settlement was not in the works at this time of the case, than we would have seen MSJ's or PSJ's filed. Because the Stay request is not explanatory, agreed on by both sides, and is right after mediation, their only conclusion was that there is/will be a settlement. Of course they can't predict what the settlement will be, but this Herb is hoping for big $$$ in our favor. So big in fact, I am investing my profits in it! Good luck to you, me, us, and all longs.
