I do not know for sure.. I believe Pubpat requested only the '336 be re-examined.. Perhaps Toshiba NEC requested all to be re-examined (probably so), regardless I would believe that each patent would be re-examined separately on their own merits, and I personally have seen nothing regarding the '336 re-exam filied by TPL... which is what this trial is about, along with the '148 of course..  but that '584 filing is now completely separate from this litigation.. it is very important wrt its own re-exam and eventually its appeal and the value/stregnth that it may carry
