Yes he was............For a guy who could be like like Farve on a bad day he was under control.....I remember a defensive lineman from the Colts saying that Namath could put the ball into a tea cup.........He threw short passes that day not his MO and Snell had about 120 yards rushing for the day , a record that lasted years.......The Colts had many blunders....Orr in the end zone waving his hands all alone..........Tom Matte had several long runs and they never got into the endzone until the last 4 minutes ................

       A game that was just as great was the Jets Raider championship game at Shea.............I forget, something like 27-24.........

      For the Chief fans super bowl 4 was a blow out...........Dawson was a great QB and USC's Mike Garret had all the moves...........The Vikes and Joe Cap were blown over.............
