Sure it could mean something. Do you think that if 1.6M shares were bought today, instead of 600K, that the price would've remaine under 60 cents? I think the upward pressure might have been maintained, and starting the climb from 70 cents, beats starting it from 50 cents, IMO. Also, if NO settlement is announced, dropping from 70 cents, beats dropping from 50 cents, IMO.
