Anyway MM:s don't take positions unless they have to sustain the market.

Any position is small and short liverd.  As an MM you must honor you r bid or offer

take 100 shares and then drop off. 

That's why OTC volume is double counted 

seller sell to MM and Buyer buys fromMM

Remember MM's tradin a myriad of stocks and most don;t even know 

the name  the company excpet fot the ticker.

It's just a symbol and an order flow.  Yes if they have a book or there are

only a few MMs in a stock they can manipulate but I don;t't believ that 

PTSC can be MM manipulated
