I apologize in that the last sentence should have been in a new paragraph and while it read 'expect another dime or two' it should have been written expect another dime or two inceased value prior to news of pending settlement.

My feeling is there is very little downside in these shares as they have a rock solid case and going to court isn't going to be pretty for those infringing on the patents.

 Personally I expect a settlement within 30 days and more news about others settling coming in soon after. I'm 20 minutes away from Research in Motion (RIM Blackberry) and everyone in business is aware of just how much it cost them because they were too arrogant to settle.
