If/when an announcement is given, will it be just before the open of the market or just after the close? On a Friday after the close, or on a Monday just before the open? The 23rd is a Friday ( slow day if even open, maybe just half day ) and the 30 is on a Friday. Friday, the 30th, is the last day of the month and many accounts have to be settled on that day.
